This Privacy Policy explains how Siringo Inc., a Wyoming corporation ("we", "us"), operator of FitOut Alerts NYC, handles personal information. Contact: hello@siringo.com, Siringo Inc., 42 Broadway Suite 1227-631, New York, NY 10004.

What we collect

• Signup details: name, work email, company (optional), plan, and borough and trade preferences.
• Technical data at signup: IP address and browser user agent, used for fraud and abuse prevention.
• Subscription status: trial and payment status, and the dates of key emails sent to you (for example the trial-ending email) and of unsubscribing.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We don't receive or store your full card number.
• Website analytics: Vercel Web Analytics, which reports aggregate page views without cookies.

How we use it

We use it to provide the Service (sending your daily digests and service emails such as signup confirmation and trial-ending notices), to bill you, to prevent abuse, to improve the Service, and to meet legal obligations.

Processors

We share data only with service providers that process it for us: Vercel (hosting, storage, and analytics), Resend (email delivery), and Stripe (payments). They may process data in the United States.

We don't sell personal data

We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we don't share it for third-party advertising.

Public records in our digests

Digests contain information from public NYC records, such as contractor and owner business names and contractor phone numbers on file with NYC DOB. That information comes from the City of New York's public data.

Email and unsubscribing

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly. You can also email hello@siringo.com.

Retention

We keep subscriber records while you're subscribed or in a trial, and for up to 24 months afterwards for records, billing, and suppression purposes. We keep the unsubscribe flag so we don't email you again. Ask us to delete your data at hello@siringo.com and we'll do so unless the law requires us to keep it.

Security

Signup records are stored in private storage that only our servers can access, and unsubscribe links are signed. No method is 100% secure.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@siringo.com.

Changes

We'll post updates here and change the "Last updated" date. For material changes we'll notify subscribers by email.
